Easter Sunday presented Lily's first opportunity to sing with the other Primary children in sacrament meeting. After the sacrament, when she heard the bishop announce that they would be singing next, she immediately perked up and began pushing her way out of our row to make her way up to the stand. She whispered to the kids next to her, waved at us, sang the first few words, mouthed the rest, and lingered until everyone else had headed back to their seats so that she could secure a few more moments of glory for herself. Upon her arrival, she plopped down next to me and said, "Mom, why didn't you take any pictures of me?"
