A thing of beauty.

I sat quietly at the table, long after my kids had cleared their own dishes, enjoying leftover Lamb Korma and Chicken Makhani (yes, it's lasted us this long) for lunch, admiring the backdrop of red and white roses I strategically planted in front of our dining area window. In the foreground I noticed a pattern of sweet little fingerprints on my window sill, a kaleidoscope of peanut butter, and jelly, and cupcake frosting, and spaghetti sauce, and who knows what else not-so-strategically placed by busy little children. My busy little children. Oh, how I love them.

I love the way you write...when is your book coming out? I'll be first in line. Cute post!
